Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances, including deposits and winnings, will be forfeited.

The minimum deposit amount on betjie is Rs 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees). betjie does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. betjie is not responsible for any fees levied by your bank or mobile payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within 2–4 business hours for bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. betjie reserves the right to delay or hold a withdrawal pending additional verification checks. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the betjie account.
betjie strictly prohibits deposits made on behalf of another person. Any funds identified as originating from a payment source not registered to the account holder will be held pending investigation and may be returned to the source payment method. The betjie account in question will be suspended pending the outcome of that investigation.
Welcome bonuses and promotional offers made available by betjie are subject to specific eligibility criteria which will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers are available to new betjie players making their first qualifying deposit. betjie reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
All bonuses issued by betjie are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. All bets placed on the betjie platform are settled in accordance with the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or game type. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of betjie's trading team is final. betjie uses independently audited random number generation (RNG) technology for all casino and slot titles, ensuring fair and verifiable outcomes.
betjie reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were clearly and materially erroneous (a "palpable error" or "manifest error"). Examples include, but are not limited to, odds that are posted at obviously incorrect prices due to technical malfunction or human error. betjie will give reasonable notice when voiding bets under this provision and will return the applicable stake to the player's account.

Live betting markets on betjie, including PSL cricket, international T20s, and other in-play sports, are subject to suspension and settlement at the discretion of betjie's trading operation. Live bet acceptance may be delayed due to technical constraints. betjie accepts no liability for connection failures or delayed bet submission during live betting events.
